  • Payment Information: We do not store full credit card numbers on our local servers. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment processors (Stripe and occasionally Venmo).

  • Usage Data: Information regarding your interaction with the Alpha (Everfit) app, including workout logs, messages sent to your coach, and program completion data.

  • Device & Cookie Data: Our website is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix may collect information about your device, IP address, and browsing behavior through the use of cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website functions securely and effectively.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the data we collect for the following business purposes:

    • Everfit: For workout programming and app delivery.

    • Stripe / Venmo: For secure payment processing.

  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).

  • Emergency Situations: In the event of a medical emergency during an in-person session, we may share relevant health info with emergency medical personnel.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (provided by our host, Wix) to track the activity on our service and hold certain information. 7. Media & Publicity We respect your privacy regarding your image and likeness. We will not use your photos, videos, or testimonials for marketing or social media purposes unless you have signed a separate Media Release form. Providing this consent is optional.

8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance) We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children.

  • Services for Minors: We may provide training services to athletes under the age of 18.

  • Under Age 13: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you are signing your child (under 13) up for our services, you must sign our "Personal Training Agreement," which serves as your consent for us to collect and use your child's information for the purpose of training.

  • Parental Rights: Parents have the right to review the personal information we have collected about their child and request its deletion. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.

9. Third-Party Websites and Facilities

  • Facilities: If you receive training at a third-party facility (e.g., Ascend Physical Therapy), please note that you are a client of Alpha Athletic Development, LLC, not the facility. However, the facility may have its own privacy policies regarding premises security (e.g., CCTV).

  • External Links: Our digital platforms may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
