NEW Jump, Sprint, & Cut Training Sessions
Jump, Sprint, and Cut is designed for young athletes of any sport who want to improve their athleticism in a small group environment. There will be a strong focus on coaching proper jumping, sprinting, and agility technique, while also improving performance through speed and power training. As always, elite coaching is guaranteed in our training sessions.

Jump, Sprint, and Cut is designed for young athletes of any sport who want to improve their athleticism in a small group environment. There will be a strong focus on coaching proper jumping, sprinting, and agility technique, while also improving performance through speed and power training. As always, elite coaching is guaranteed in our training sessions.
These training sessions are designed for athletes ages 12-16 (6th to 9th grade). Sessions will be 60 minutes from 4-5pm at Lynwood Park Turf Field on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
